The U.S. military has confirmed that a body found by Iraqi police in the
Euphrates River was that of Pfc. Joseph Anzack Jr., one of three
soldiers missing since a May 12 ambush. Grieving but determined,
thousands of troops continue their search.

A sniper sprayed dozens of bullets on a Idaho courthouse in an attack
that left one police officer dead and two wounded, then hid in a nearby
church for several hours before police stormed in and found his body and
another man's inside, police said.
