Israel Continues Air Strikes
The Israeli air force carried out strikes in southern Lebanon despite an
agreement to halt raids for 48 hours. The bombing runs were to protect
ground forces, the army said. Hezbollah guerrillas also attacked an
Israeli tank in southern Lebanon.
