House Speaker Dennis Hastert says he won't resign amid questions about
whether he did enough to investigate former Rep. Mark Foley's activities
after being informed of lurid e-mail messages Foley sent to a former
underage page. ABCNews has obtained new, sexually explicit instant
messages Foley sent while awaiting a House vote.
