Iraq Plan Draws Criticism, Mockery On Hill
President Bush's plan to send more troops to Iraq drew scathing
challenges from both Democrats and Republicans. Robert Gates and
Condoleezza Rice raced to defend the program, which has been called
everything from a "blunder" to a "Hail Maliki pass."
