Top Commander Says Time Short In Iraq
The Navy admiral poised to lead U.S. forces in the Middle East says "new
and different actions" are needed to stabilize Iraq. Adm. William Fallon
told a Senate confirmation hearing the situation in Iraq can be turned
around, "but time is short."
