House Democrats Reworking Anti-War Plan
House Democrats are trying to come up with a reworked proposal for a
resolution critical of President Bush's leadership in the war in Iraq.
Their challenge: make it strong enough to appease Mr. Bush's adamant
critics, but leave troop funding intact.
