Democrats Slam "Failed" Iraq Policy

Democratic leaders slammed President Bush's "failed" Iraq policy after a
new report found the Iraqi government had made satisfactory progress on
only eight of eighteen goals. Mr. Bush called the report a "cause for
optimism."
