Retired Gen. Censured In Tillman Cover-Up
The Army has censured retired Lt. Gen. Philip Kensinger for his role in
the chain of errors that followed ex-NFL player Pat Tillman's
friendly-fire death in 2004. A special panel will determine if Kensinger
should also have his rank reduced.
