Fed Cuts Interest Rates Again
The Federal Reserve cut a key interest rate by one-quarter of a
percentage point to 4.25 percent, the third rate cut in three months.
Fed officials signaled more cuts were possible if the housing slump and
the mortgage crisis got worse.
