On Christmas, Pope Appeals To Leaders
Pope Benedict XVI issued a Christmas Day appeal Tuesday to political
leaders around the globe to find the "wisdom and courage" to end bloody
conflicts in Darfur, Iraq, Afghanistan and the Congo. He also voiced
environmental concerns.
