Twin Blasts Kill Dozens In Algeria
Two bombs have targeted a court and a United Nation's office in the
Algerian capital city, killing at least 45 people, according to
officials. The blasts come amid a surge of violence in Algeria by al
Qaeda's North Africa franchise.
