Mystery Crash Causes Heathrow Travel Woes
A dozen flights from London's Heathrow airport were canceled in the
continuing disruption caused by a crash landing at Europe's busiest air
hub. Investigators are probing the Boeing 777 crash, which, thus far,
has experts scratching their heads.

Bush To Lay Out Economic Jumpstart Plan
President Bush told congressional leaders he favors personal income tax
rebates and tax breaks for businesses to help avert a recession,
officials said, as Federal Reserve Chairman Ben Bernanke joined in calls
for an economic stimulus package.

Israel Orders Gaza Crossings Closed
Israel's defense minister has ordered the temporary closure of all
crossings into Gaza, cutting off supplies into the besieged
