Breaking news: Senate passes health care overhaul bill

A 60-39 vote passed the Senate version of a health care overhaul bill
and put the broadest expansion of health care insurance since the 1965
Medicare act closer than ever to enactment. The Senate and House must
reconcile the differences between their two bills before President
Obama approves it.
