Bernanke paints picture of moderate recovery

BERNAKE PAINTS PICTURE OF MODERATE RECOVERY
The economy will continue to recover at a moderate pace in coming
quarters, bolstered by a return of business and consumer spending, Fed
Chairman Ben Bernanke tells lawmakers.
