TOYOTA TESTING ALL SUVS FOR ROLLOVER RISK
Toyota announced Thursday it was testing all its SUVs after it
suspended worldwide sales of the Lexus GX 460 because of a
reported risk of rollover.

MAZDA RECALLS 90,000 VEHICLES
Mazda recalled nearly 90,000 vehicles in Japan and China because
of a problem with the transmission, a company spokesman said
Thursday.

CHINA'S ECONOMY GROWS NEARLY 12%
China's economy revved into high gear during the first quarter
of 2010, growing 11.9 percent over a year ago, a spokesman for
the National Statistics Bureau said Thursday.
